What began as a small family gathering on the shores of Cavendish has evolved into a sanctuary for culinary enthusiasts. We believe that the proximity to the Atlantic defines every flavor profile we create.

Our kitchen is an extension of the island’s terrain, working exclusively with farmers and fishermen who treat the land and sea with the same reverence we do.
